Standardization of prenatal data
The pre production data standardization module includes: product library, process library, production line layout, and production quality inspection.
The organization of standardized data is the primary condition before the system goes online, but due to the varying degrees of technological precipitation in enterprises, the granularity of each data model needs to be selected based on their own actual situation; Meanwhile, due to different business forms, some standardized data can be automatically accumulated during the production process. The standardization of data organization will involve the technical department, quality inspection department, and production department.
(1) Product Library: The technical department creates product categories and imports the sizes under each category in EXCEL
(2) Process Library: The technical department uses Excel to import the process list (working hour list)
(3) Style Library: The technical department imports commonly used styles, including style processes, style craftsmanship, and style sizes (for non formal business, it is recommended to automatically create them in the ordering process)
(4) Production Line: The production department sets up a production line framework (such as a straight line, Y-shaped, U-shaped, etc.) based on the factory's production line, including production capacity, production components, workstations, and employees.
(5) Production quality inspection: The quality inspection department sets quality inspection positions, quality inspection codes, and quality inspection classifications based on the situation of the factory itself.
Production process management
The production process management module includes: order module, planning module, and production site.
Standard version software, only supports mass order production, does not support CAD docking, and does not support on-site equipment docking; The entire production process starts from order integration and supports Excel import or page editing to enter orders; The scope of production site management can range from cutting and pulling cloth to packaging and warehousing, and the granularity can reach every sequence from the team to the workstation. Enterprises need to determine the management granularity based on the actual production situation. The production process will involve the production department, CAD department, technology department, and planning department.
(6) Planning module: The planning department can edit orders online or import orders in Excel. The system automatically schedules production based on delivery time and production line. The planning department can use the scheduling Gantt chart to make secondary adjustments to the plan.
(7) Order seizure block: After the order is placed, the CAD department and technical department operate synchronously, while the production department follows the technical department.
a) The CAD department (or cutting room) uses the PC drawing function to separate beds and generate cutting reports.
b) The technical department organizes style data, style craftsmanship, and style processes (supports fast and complex processing, or direct retrieval from the style library)
c) The production department adjusts the human-machine workstation diagram according to the arranged production line and checks the production balance status
(8) Production site: On site control is mainly carried out through mobile devices and management (tablets, mobile phones, handheld devices, printers), and the granularity of control depends on the number of collection points

Production monitoring
